Technology & Digital Banking Analyst

The Technology Strategy & Transformation Analyst will support the execution of Technology & Digital Banking's strategic priorities, transformation programmes and workforce initiatives. The role will support portfolio oversight, assist in management reporting, employee engagement and development programmes and communications across the sector. This includes monitoring key initiatives, preparing executive materials, coordinating communication activities, and supporting organizational strategy and transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Technology & Digital Banking strategic roadmap and transformation programmes.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and dependencies across strategic initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Support benefits-realisation tracking, strategy workshops, leadership discussions and planning exercises.
• Support innovation, AI, Microsoft 365 automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices.
• Support sector optimisation initiatives to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
• Develop executive dashboards, management reports, scorecards, presentations and briefing materials.
• Consolidate performance metrics and track governance action items for timely follow-up.
• Draft leadership communications, newsletters, townhall content and organisational updates.
• Support employee engagement, culture, learning and transformation communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in technology strategy, transformation, management consulting, PMO, technology governance or CIO Office functions.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with exposure to transformation programmes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Copilot, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce executive-level presentations and dashboards.
• Exposure to digital banking, transformation and next-generation technologies is preferred.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Platform or data visualisation tools would be an advantage.
