Responsibilities
The Junior Technical Delivery Manager assists in overseeing the full lifecycle of technology initiatives. This includes coordinating with technical teams, monitoring progress against milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring compliance with project governance frameworks. The role collaborates closely with senior delivery managers, project managers, PMOs, architects, and engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery within defined scope and standards.
Delivery & Execution Support
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring technology deliverables across development, testing, and deployment stages
Help maintain delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and release timelines
Coordinate daily activities across development, QA, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
Track progress and proactively highlight risks, issues, or delays to senior stakeholders
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, vendors, and support functions
Support collaboration with architects, analysts, developers, testers, and infrastructure teams
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and maintain action logs
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned tasks
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Support adherence to SDLC processes, change and release management, and internal governance standards
Maintain and organize delivery documentation and artefacts
Assist with audit and regulatory requirements by ensuring proper documentation and traceability
Verify that deliverables meet review and approval standards
Reporting & Communication
Prepare status reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
Monitor KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery performance
Support escalation processes and management reporting
Vendor & Third-Party Coordination
Assist in managing interactions with external vendors and contractors
Track vendor deliverables, schedules, and dependencies
Escalate risks related to third-party performance or quality
Requirements
Technical & Delivery Skills
Basic knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Understanding of application development, testing, and deployment workflows
Familiarity with release management, change processes, and environment coordination
Project & Coordination Skills
Strong organizational and tracking abilities
Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, or similar
Communication & Behavioral Skills
Clear and professional communication style
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse and cross-functional teams
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities
Basic understanding of enterprise systems and data flows
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
25 years of experience in PMO support, technical coordination, systems analysis, or similar roles
Experience in enterprise, banking, or regulated environments is advantageous
Certifications (Preferred)
ITIL Foundation
Agile / Scrum fundamentals
PMP or PRINCE2 (or currently pursuing certification)
