Main Responsibilities:
. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot systems to support QMS operational requests
. Comply with business processes, standards, and SOPs
. Work with end users to clarify and execute setup requirements
. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all executions
. Perform troubleshooting for reported issues
. Assist in assigned improvement projects
. Manage audit and customer visit preparations
Job Requirements, Qualifications/Experience
. Diploma in engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related science field, or an equivalent related field of study
. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
. Proficient in programming skill such as Python, R and SQL are preferred.
. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Power Automate will be advantageous
. Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
. Strong interpersonal skills
. Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills
. Process good teamwork, self-motivated, dependability, and the ability to work with minimal direction
. Proven track record to multi tasks
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
