Technician - Training provided / North

• Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

This organization specializes in precision cleaning, surface treatment, and contamination-controlled services for high-specification industrial components. Operating in cleanroom environments, it supports manufacturing sectors that require strict quality, safety, and reliability standards, ensuring components meet exacting customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision cleaning of parts using approved solvents (e.g. IPA), abrasive pads, and manual polishing methods

• Handle aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic components at chemical wet bench areas

• Prepare sample kits, cleanroom packaging, and boxing of parts for shipment

• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts remain in good condition throughout cleaning

• Safely handle, use, and dispose of chemicals according to safety guidelines

• Mask parts accurately for bead-blasting and other specialized processes when required

• Update spreadsheets and basic records to track production and quality data

• Maintain strong 6S housekeeping standards and safe work practices at all times

• Support multitasking across workstations and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks

• Participate in quality, safety, and training programs, and promptly identify deviations from quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec
• Able to handle Chemical
• Open to Cleanroom environment
