Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
  • Perform site investigations and rectification work inclusive of co-ordination work with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
  • Investigate and report on abnormalities related to meter readings.
  • Manage meter cut-off and handle matters related to overdue account.
  • Respond to customer service requests, such as installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
  • Handle customers enquiries/ feedback and service recoveries.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec or Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
  • Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and as a team player.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
  • Possess a driving license (class 3 / 2).
