Attend to reported gas incidents and gas supply abnormalities such as gas fires, poor gas supply pressure, suspected gas leaks, etc.
Perform site investigations and rectification work inclusive of co-ordination work with the relevant authorities (e.g. SPPG, SCDF, HDB, EMA) and other external agencies and submission of reports.
Investigate and report on abnormalities related to meter readings.
Manage meter cut-off and handle matters related to overdue account.
Respond to customer service requests, such as installing/ replacing/ troubleshooting gas appliances, servicing gas stoves, conducting soundness tests on gas installations, etc.
Handle customers enquiries/ feedback and service recoveries.
Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Nitec or Nitec in any Engineering discipline.
Relevant work experience and technical knowledge in gas, plumbing, sanitary, or electrical systems will be an advantage.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in contract management and customer service.
