Main Duties andKey Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation and maintenance work with contractors/vendors
- Ensure proper inventory and stock control
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns
- Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and environmental regulations
- Perform general handyman tasks (e.g. painting, carpentry)
- Support cost control initiatives and system efficiency improvements
- Carry out tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Should possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related fields
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical work
- Knowledge and experience in plumbing, grouting, painting and carpentry.
- Able to work shifts and in outdoor conditions
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
