2)Able to read drawings and cut materials

3)Able to organize workers to carry out construction according to schedule

4)Familiar with carpentry and rebar work

5)Able to lead workers to personally solve various problems encountered in construction

Have good communication skills, obey Command, abide by the site management regulations, have rich on-site management experience, and be familiar with the on-site operation process.
