About The Role
The Technician supports the production, assembly, and testing of Doodle Labs wireless networking hardware. This role is responsible for building and troubleshooting electronic products, maintaining test stations, and supporting manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality product delivery.
In this role, you will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to assemble, test, and debug products at both the component and system level. You will also assist with prototype builds and support the development of new processes as Doodle Labs continues to scale production.
What You'll Do
- Perform troubleshooting of RF-related products down to the PCBA level
- Conduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing for electronic devices
- Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components
- Perform final assembly of electronic products from sub-components
- Build packaging for finished products and prepare units for shipment
- Set up and maintain test stations to ensure quality production
- Assist engineers with prototype builds, product testing, and process development
- Plan and organize work to meet production schedules and manufacturing requirements
- Prepare production documentation such as standard operating procedures, batch records, inventory reports, and productivity reports
- Perform PCBA debugging and diagnostics when issues arise
- Support general manufacturing activities and perform additional duties as required

- Strong collaboration with engineering teams during prototype and product development builds
Who You Are
- NTC or ITC certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
- Strong foundation in basic electronics, digital circuits, and electronic components
- Experience with manual soldering and PCBA rework including SMT components
- Ability to solder and rework components down to 0201 size
- Experience soldering components such as 0402 and QFP packages
- Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics and technical documentation
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency using power tools and electronics assembly equipment
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive working attitude
- Ability to begin work immediately or within short notice
