Job Title

Senior Technician(Sheetmetal)

Job Description:

• Performs aircraft sheet metal layout and template.
• Repair and modifies aircraft structural parts and repairs composite materials.
• Manufacture and repair non-in stock structural parts.
• Performs metal forming operation.
• Be able to interpret basic drawings and blueprint.
• Identify aircraft major and minor defects and prepared type of repair required.
• Fabricates related sheet metal and assemblies.
• Performs and replace plastic aircraft enclosure.

Job Requirements:

• MRO or shipbuilding industry for at least 5 years to perform structure repairs and modifications independently
• Prior working knowledge on Airbus and Boeing aircrafts like B767, B777, A320, A330 will be advantageous
• Strong foundation in structure hand skills and special tooling usage
• Ability to interpret engineering drawing
• Knowledge to understand SRM, CMM, AMM and other engineering document
