Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance (PM / BM) for various analysers and instrumentation systems installed on site.
Carry out maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of the following instruments and analysers:pH, Turbidity, Conductivity, Ammonia, Fluoride, ORP, TOCGas sensors and Chlorine analysers
Maintain and service field instruments including:Level, Flow, and Pressure transmittersPressure switches, Level switches, Flow switches, Limit switchesActuators, Air Valves (AV), Flow Control Valves (FCV), Solenoid valves
Support Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) related arrangements and ensure permits are properly applied and complied with before carrying out site works.
Read and interpret RIO panel drawings and instrumentation schematics for maintenance and fault‑finding.
Attend to ad hoc site works and support operational requirements as assigned.
Comply with all safety procedures, work instructions, and site regulations.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, inspections, and corrective actions.
Requirements
Candidates with relevant working experience but no formal technical certification will be considered.
Candidates with relevant technical certification but no working experience will also be considered.
Experience in waterworks, water treatment, or related utilities environment will be an advantage.
Prior hands‑on experience in instrumentation, analyser maintenance, or industrial plant maintenance is preferred.
Basic understanding of process instrumentation, control systems, and field devices.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, panel layouts, and manuals.
Willingness to work on site and comply with safety and permit requirements.
Team‑oriented with a responsible and safety‑conscious work attitude.
