Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and customer-focused Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and Mobile Phones and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in Mobile Phones, PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions
• Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades
• Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness
• Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
• Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information technology, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Economic, Digital marketing, etc.
• Preferably with at least 5 years of experiences in the related field, with excellent sales and presentation skills
• Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks
• 6 working days per week, work on weekends and public holiday if needed.
• Good command of computer operation
• Proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command in English with excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly motivated and is results-oriented
