About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and energetic team player to join our Operations team in Singapore to oversee day-to-day operations. This role will report to the Senior Operations Manager.

Job Duty

• Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlighting them to the reporting manager proactively.
• Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers, and statutory authorities when necessary.
• Respond to emergency calls on critical services and standby during off-duty hours, including going on-site for emergencies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.

Job Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing, and M&E systems.
• Familiar with using common hand and power tools and carrying out work such as painting, basic carpentry, part replacements, etc.
• Possess basic computer literacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well independently and in teams.
• Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work shifts and weekends.
