Technician (MRO)

Responsibilities:
To perform mechanical repair work of aircraft structural component.
. Able to perform at least 01 of the followings:
- Mechanical Repair
- Part Forming
. Utlize & interpret blueprints to fabricate sheet metal products
. Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used
. Use of sheetmetal forming equipment to form sheetmetals with 2D contours
- Part Replacement Work
- Assembly and Disassembly Work
. Setup alignment jig/ ASMJ for repair work
. Perform basic troubleshooting in assembly work
. Handle and be responsible for the task individually
. Carry out repair process to meet job delivery
. Fill in production planning and quality records
. Clear routing/work packages upon job completion
. Produce good quality repair work
. Ensure a safe environment with 5S on workshop
. Ensure good discipline and shopfloor safety

Requirements:
1. Diploma/Nitec in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
2. Preferably with 1 to 3 years of experience in the maintenance, repair & overhaul of nacelle components
3. Understanding of blue prints, repair instructions & sketches
4. Possess CAAS A12, B11 & L11/L12 papers would be advantageous
5. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
6. A team player with a positive working attitude and keen interest to learn
7. Fresh school leavers will be considered for an entry level position
