What you will do
- Perform test machine setup, validation, diagnosis of issues encountered and provide resolution of the issue
- Assist in preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration of test equipment, ensuring all activities are properly documented
- Support software verification and validation activities
- Perform weekly performance report,
- Troubleshoot and analyze failure product (external/internal) and works with Engineers on the corrective and preventive action
- Streamlining of process as part of process improvement including documentation creation and update
- Support data collection/ analysis for trial run and process/ product improvement
- Conduct training based on identified test methodology/ procedure
- Handle purchasing, adjustment and shipment for global site support
- Inventory/ lab maintenance, 5S and EHS
- Support gas phase coating process
- Perform other/ ad hoc topic assigned
Requirements:
- Min NITEC in any engineering courses
- 2 or more years experience in production, equipment or process engineering
- Have some experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly & Surface Mount Technology industries, Automation and coating (Must have experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) or Surface Mount Technology industries)
