Carry out maintenance activities in compliance with established procedures, good engineering practices, and cGMP requirements.
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
Assist in the development of preventive maintenance SOPs, procedures, and task lists to preserve plant assets.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues by observing mechanical operations, listening for abnormalities, and using appropriate measuring and testing instruments.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support IRS/QAR investigations.
Support plant equipment and system projects, including construction and commissioning, through active involvement in punch list closure and commissioning activities collaborate with supervisors and engineers on equipment improvements and modifications.
Requirements:
O level/Nitec/Diploma in mechanical engineering
Mechanical technician experience from pharmaceutical, chemical, or petrochemical industries
Ability to perform Mechanical Equipment Troubleshooting and Analysis Skills
