Technician (Manufacturing)

• Conducting careful inspections and verifying materials at every stage of production.

• Performing precise measurements using specialized tools.

• Accurately logging and reviewing test results using basic Excel.

• Identifying any irregularities or defects and reporting them promptly.

• Supporting the team in finding the root cause of issues and helping implement solutions.

• Safely handling and inspecting battery components.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC or manufacturing environment (this is preferred, but not a strict requirement).

• You understand basic quality control principles and are keen to learn measurement tools.

• You are comfortable using computers for data entry and review.

• You are meticulous, responsible, and believe in doing things properly.

Your Earnings:

• Total Gross Salary: $2,800 to $4,000 per month. This is based on a variable 4, 5, or 6-day workweek schedule.

• Basic Salary: $2,200 to $2,700 (for a 4-day week).

• Allowances: Shift allowance ($8/day for day shift, $18/night shift), an extra daily bonus, and a transport allowance.
