Manufacturing Technician

• Conduct thorough inspections and verify materials at every production stage.

• Perform precise measurements using specialized tools and equipment.

• Accurately log and analyze test results using digital systems like Excel.

• Identify any irregularities or defects, reporting them promptly for action.

• Support root-cause analysis and help implement effective solutions.

• Safely handle and inspect sensitive battery components.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace for yourself and the team.

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a QA/QC or manufacturing setting (preferred, but we are open to motivated beginners).

• You grasp basic quality control principles and are eager to master new measurement tools.

• You are comfortable with computers for data entry and review.

What We Offer You:

• Total Gross Salary: $2,800 to $4,000 per month. This is based on a variable 4, 5, or 6-day workweek schedule.

• Basic Salary: $2,200 to $2,700 (for a 4-day week).

• Allowances: Shift allowance ($8/day shift, $18/night shift), an extra daily bonus, and a transport allowance.
