Job Description

Industry: Custom Label Printing / Manufacturing
Location: Tuas

Salary: $2,100 - $2,500 + $250 Fixed Transport Allowance
Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 with OT

Operate and monitor printing and production machines according to work instructions.
Conduct in-process quality checks and identify printing defects.
Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report technical problems when required.
Perform daily and monthly machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Record production issues and update production reports and machine output in the ERP system.
Perform line clearance and complete required production documentation.
Maintain a clean and organised workplace according to 5S standards.
Follow company procedures, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.
Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Minimum Secondary / ITE qualification.
Candidates with printing, manufacturing, mechanical or technical experience are welcome.
Basic mechanical knowledge and an interest in machine operation will be an advantage.
No printing experience required - full training will be provided.
Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow work instructions.
Willing to work OT when required.
