What You Will Do
- Operate machinery, equipment, and tools to perform assembly, disassembly, and inspection of engines, modules, components, and accessories.
- Interpret and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with technical standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during daily operations to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Support the Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets.
- Perform SAP transactions, including updating and modifying work orders as required.
- Actively participate in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain high standards of ethics and compliance.
Qualifications You Must Have
- NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in engine or module assembly, disassembly, inspection or testing.
- Good understanding of technical drawing and manuals.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in approach.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
- Willing to work rotating shifts (Day & Night) and commit to overtime when required.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Technical experience in Engine MRO or the Aerospace industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems.
