As a Technician II, Production Technical Operations (Secondary Packaging), you will operate production equipment to carton products in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cGMP requirements while achieving production targets.
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Operate secondary packaging equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any operational issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment faults.
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product packaging meets specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or non-compliance issues.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Min GCE O Levels or NITEC in Engineering field with 1-2 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience in packaging and production equipment operations.
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and HSE regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work 12 hours rotating.
