Job Description

As a Technician II, Production Technical Operations (Secondary Packaging), you will operate production equipment to carton products in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cGMP requirements while achieving production targets.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Operate secondary packaging equipment efficiently to meet production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct routine equipment checks and report any operational issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving minor equipment faults.
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product packaging meets specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation in accordance with cGMP guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or non-compliance issues.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Min GCE O Levels or NITEC in Engineering field with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in packaging and production equipment operations.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, GDP and HSE regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating.
