Job Description Summary

Responsible to assist with the operation troubleshooting, diagnostics, housekeeping, and repairs on commercial buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, grounds, and maintenance equipment for assigned properties/facilities.

Job Description

Lift parts certification

To carry out parts certification work with contractor
To witness contractor's parts replacement works
To witness contractor's repairing and trouble shotting works
Able to attend site inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with lift systems.
Replace faulty parts and components as necessary.
Maintain accurate and updated records of parts replacement.
Collaborate with team members and service providers to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Any other work that is assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

Nitec in Engineering and above
Prior 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
Computer skills is required.
