We seek a skilled Service Technician with hands-on repair experience and a passion for technology and problem-solving. If you enjoy diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing smartphones, laptops and desktops, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

. Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for smartphones, laptops and desktops

. Perform component replacements, software installations, upgrades and system troubleshooting

. Assemble, test and maintain PC systems

. Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet high standards

. Assist customers with technical enquiries and provide professional repair advice

. Maintain accurate repairrecords and service documentation

. Support daily service centre operations and assist walk-in customers

. Communicate repair outcomes, technical findings and warranty information clearly

. Keep up to date with the latest technology, products and repair techniques

. Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

. Minimum two years of hands-on experience in smartphone or computer repair, preferably with an Apple ecosystem environment.

. Experience repairing smartphones and troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues

. ITE, Diploma or relevant qualification in Electronics, Engineering or related fields (preferred)

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

. Good communication and customer service skills

. Self-motivated, passionate, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
