Key Responsibilities:
- To understand how to reach Acceptance Test Plan (ATP).
- Demonstrate understanding of coating material.
- Demonstrate understanding of machine operation.
- Operate vacuum chambers to deposit think film AR coatings as described in run sheet design.
- Demonstrate ability to properly use metrology equipment (spectrometer) to gather data on witness pieces.
- Perform maintenance on vacuum system as described in WI.
- Operate Intec/LP machine and long layer BS coating.
- Perform preventative maintenance for weekly scheduled jobs.
- Capable of operating 2 machines simultaneously.
- Achieve daily and monthly production output goals.
- Record machine runs, test runs, downtime, and other.
- Properly use, maintain, and control measuring equipment.
- Maintain safety guidelines of workplace.
- Perform duties within cleanliness standards of workplace.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- Comply with company regulations.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Singapore Technical Certificate or Diploma with basic written and oral English
- Minimum 6 months experience in a factory environment, capable of following
instructions and performing production tasks. - Ability to lift up to 10kg.
- Close-range vision for detailed work.
- Steady hands.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Comfort working in a factory environment with minimal exposure to chemicals.
