Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff
Skills / Qualifications
ITE/GCE/ Diploma in Aerospace/ Precision / Mechanical Engineering etc
2 to 3 years working knowledge in QC/QA or Calibration / Testing field.
Ability to read and understand technical drawing and GD&T.
Ability to analyze and compile Calibration / testing data from the Calibration/ tests performed
Good to have 2 to 3 years CMM knowledge.
Good to have ISO17025 and measurement uncertainty knowledge
Possess strong computer skills
Basic Mathematical Skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry a plus
