Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain AV/VC systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment
- Prepare and schedule events, ensuring smooth operations
- Ensure safety and compliance in AV storage area
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs
- Perform routine checks on AV/VC systems and equipment
- Provide technical support and advice for events and AV/VC requirements
- Respond to complaints and faults, and rectify issues promptly
- Liaise with event organizers on logistics and setup requirements
- Assist in general building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Communication/Electronics Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a related field
- Good communication and written skills
- Experience in large-scale events, hotels, or exhibitions is an advantage
