Technician

Title: Facility Technician Location: Tuas
This role is for PR / Citizen only

Duties/Responsibilities

. Ensuring security and general appearance of building and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards

. Upkeep the company's facilities

. Conduct routine maintenance and regular check-ups to ensure everything is always working properly

. Scheduling with vendors and contractors as well as making sure they adhere to safe working practices

. Troubleshooting and general repair of malfunctioning or defect items

. Take inventory and maintain facility supplies (e.g tube lights, electrical sockets, toiletries etc)

. Ensuring facility service maintenances are carried out accordingly

. Update and maintain facility system

Requirements

. Minimum O Level / Nitec

. 3 years of working experience in a similar role

. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

. Basic understanding of elevators and fire alarms

. Knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations

. Self-Motivated and Pro Active

. Valid driving license is preferred but not a mandatory requirement
