Overview
This role blends technical documentation with product storytelling. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and operations teams to produce content that is accurate, user-centric, and aligned with real-world workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including product guides, API documentation, and user workflows
- Create scenario-based content that reflects real-world use cases and user journeys
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation
- Ensure documentation aligns with product positioning and overall user experience
- Manage and maintain documentation using version-controlled workflows (e.g., Git)
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in technical writing, product writing, or developer-focused content
- Proven experience documenting software products, platforms, APIs, or technical systems
- Familiarity with version-controlled documentation workflows (e.g., Git)
- Ability to balance technical accuracy with clear, context-driven product messaging
