Technical Training Operations Coordinator
Location: On-site (Data Center / Metro)
Mission: To execute the logistics, data administration, and reporting necessary to ensure a 100% qualified technical workforce.
Core Responsibilities
1. Metrics & Health Reporting
- Data Visualization: Maintain site-level heat-maps to identify qualification gaps across shifts and teams.
- Reporting Cadence: Execute the weekly generation of Technical Qualification Plan (TQP) health metrics for local leadership.
- Validation: Ensure the accuracy of local training data, serving as the Single Source of Truth for site qualification status.
2. LMS & Data Administration
- System Custodian: Act as the Local Liaison for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Roster Hygiene: Update and manage the training enrollments for the Metro/Site, ensuring alignment with current headcount.
- User Support: Provide first-tier troubleshooting for basic user access issues and learning plan assignments.
3. Deployment & Logistics
- Operational Mapping: Align Global training programs with the local site's status and product availability facilitating program / course rollout locally.
- SME Liaison: Coordinate with local Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure instructor availability for OJT/ILT sessions.
4. Onboarding Support
- New Employee Onboarding Flow: Facilitate the logistics of the new hire training experience to ensure a frictionless transition.
- Efficiency Tracking: Monitor the Mean Time to Onboard (MTTO) and report on local blockers preventing timely completion.
5. Feedback & Quality Assurance
- Feedback Loop: Aggregates feedback from technicians regarding training content clarity and technical accuracy.
- Content Documentation: Identify and document curriculum bugs or errors; submit Content Change Requests (CCRs) to the Global Curriculum team for resolution.
6. Issue Resolution
- Incident Triage: Field and resolve site-level training hurdles (broken links, permission errors, or scheduling conflicts) to prevent training downtime.
