about the role
- Lead the steering committee responsible for oversight and strategic direction across multiple key initiatives.
- Direct the implementation of prioritized workstreams, ensuring outcomes consistently support broader enterprise objectives.
- Establish and maintain controls to ensure operational adherence to internal policy and external regulatory standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate impediments to project flow and execution velocity.
- Design and manage the risk framework, including issue escalation pathways and preventative control measures.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and create measurement tools for assessing organizational performance and maturity levels across strategic tracks.
- Guide executive-level working group sessions to facilitate timely resolution and ensure clear ownership of decisions.
- Institute and manage a routine communication schedule for senior management reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field.
- Expert-level understanding of established industry best practices for enterprise information management and capability modeling standards.
- Practical, hands-on experience utilizing enterprise platforms for metadata management, data flow visualization (lineage), and integrity assurance.
- Required technical acumen to engage directly in the configuration, automation, and deployment of designated systems.
