Responsibilities

  • Provide DCS/SIS, SCADA/FastsTool/STARDOM & ExaQuantum product after sales service support to Internal/External customers.
  • Receives and processes customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, and supports customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications.
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with selected customers and sales staff, particularly those focused on technical applications of the product or service.
  • Manage and Communicate with Local country office & YHQ Global Response Centre to solve problems or issues.
  • Global Dispatch support for YCO Troubleshooting/commissioning to meet customer satisfaction.
  • Perform 24 hours standby duties which include emergency oversea dispatch in short notice.
  • Assist Response Center Manager to handle and follow up with crisis-report, service note, complex issue, & affiliate dispatch request etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in control system engineering, such as DCS, SIS, SCADA, STARDOM, ExaQuantum, PLC, or equivalent systems.
  • Hands-on experience with systems such as CENTUM VP, ProSafe-RS, or similar industrial control platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance skills in distributed control systems and industrial networks (e.g. L2/L3, firewalls).
  • Conduct service, maintenance, and troubleshooting training for local country offices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to work with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to be on standby and travel overseas on short notice when required.
