Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
  • Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
  • Support on new product certifications and renewals
  • Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
