Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
- Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
- Support on new product certifications and renewals
- Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
