Technical Support Engineer- BioPharma(Fresh Graduates Can Apply)

We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Maintenance, Engineering, Automation, and SMEs to identify and implement process improvements.
• Evaluate and deploy digital tools to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Develop data management systems and visualizations for equipment and system performance.
• Support new technology introduction, improvement projects, and EIO package preparation.
• Act as liaison across teams for SOPs, Work Orders, Job Plans, and documentation updates.
• Review and ensure accuracy of maintenance documentation, signatures, and revisions.
• Participate in GEMBA/system walk-downs and follow up on action items.
• Perform other assignments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
