Join Our Technical Service Team

We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented Technical Support Engineer / Assistant Technical Manager to join our team in Singapore.

In this role, you will ensure the successful installation, maintenance, and performance of commercial dishwashing equipment, while providing technical support to customers, service partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

. Support installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of commercial dishwashing equipment.

. Provide first-line technical support to customers, service partners, and internal teams.

. Conduct technical training for dealers, service partners, and end-users on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.

. Prepare and maintain service reports, maintenance records, and troubleshooting documentation.

. Monitor equipment performance and assist in preventive maintenance planning.

. Build strong customer relationships to maintain high service standards and satisfaction.

. Support sales and operations teams with product demonstrations, site inspections, and technical clarifications.

. Liaise with the factory or manufacturers on product updates, warranty matters, and technical support issues.

. Assist in managing spare parts inventory and logistics to ensure efficient service operations.

. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


Requirements

. Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

. 3-5 years of technical service experience, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, dishwashing equipment, or machinery.

. Strong hands-on experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of technical equipment.

. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

. Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts and conduct training.

. Willing to travel locally for site installation, servicing, and training.

. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation systems.


Preferred Experience

. Familiarity with commercial kitchen or dishwashing equipment

. Experience working with service partners, contractors, and equipment dealers.

. Knowledge of commercial kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
