ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform equipment repair, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and installations.
- Assist the Manager/Assistant Manager with planning, scheduling, and completing preventive maintenance programs.
- Support coordination of equipment logistics, including pickup, delivery, and installation.
- Maintain service documentation, records, and reports on breakdowns, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in monitoring spare parts and machinery inventory and coordinate ordering with management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to technicians and contractors as needed.
- Support customer service requests, including escalation and issue resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties, including KPI and Scorecard reporting.
- Willingness to obtain BizSafe Level 2 certification.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Air-Conditioning, or related technical fields.
- Hands-on experience in basic air-conditioning, refrigeration, or general equipment service and maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and guide a small team of technicians effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
