Job Description

The Technical Superintendent role offers the opportunity to manage gas carriers, including Ethane and LPG vessels, from a technical operations perspective. This role is ideal for a maritime professional with experience in vessel management, dry docking, and newbuilding delivery, with the opportunity to build a career in the advanced gas shipping sector.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the technical management of gas carriers, including Ethane and LPG vessels
  • Plan, execute, and manage dry docking projects
  • Handle newbuilding vessel delivery and acceptance
  • Provide technical support and monitor vessel performance
  • Coordinate with shipowners and relevant stakeholders

Requirements


  • Experience in LPG vessel management or sailing experience on LPG vessels
  • Experience as a Technical Superintendent, with approximately 2 to 3 years preferred
  • Chief Engineer experience is highly preferred
  • Business-level English for communication with internal teams and clients
  • Experience with DF, Dual Fuel, LGIP, VLAC, or VLEC vessels is advantageous
