Technical Store Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, receipt, label, store)
• Perform spare parts inspection to meet the RMA requirement.
• Manage Inventory logs & updates in Inventory System.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues.
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment eg pallet stacker, pallet jet.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Others assigned tasks by Supervisors if require.

Requirement:

• Proven working experience as a Warehouse Personnel.
• Proficiency in Inventory software, databases, and systems eg In and Out of inventory.
• Basic MS office and Outlook Skills.
• Familiarity with standard warehousing practices and methods
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy goods & using of pallet stacker & pallet jack.
• Basic fluency in English Language.
