Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate daily site activities and escalate risks/delays promptly
Prepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updates
Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management on access/approvals
Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams conduct safety inspections
Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials
Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination
Support project handover and ensure all deliverables are met
Requirements
Diploma/Degree: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgt or related
1 - 2 years experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, or construction
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of site safety practices
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Willing to work on-site and travel
Deadline-driven, independent, and proactive
Confident with clients, contractors, and management
Hands-on and accountable
