Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Manager in monitoring progress, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate daily site activities and escalate risks/delays promptly

  • Prepare site reports, inspection records, and progress updates

  • Liaise with clients, landlords, and building management on access/approvals

  • Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams conduct safety inspections

  • Perform quality checks on workmanship and materials

  • Assist in procurement, sourcing, and quotation coordination

  • Support project handover and ensure all deliverables are met

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree: Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Mgt or related

  • 1 - 2 years experience in project coordination, interior fit-out, or construction

  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of site safety practices

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willing to work on-site and travel

  • Deadline-driven, independent, and proactive

  • Confident with clients, contractors, and management

  • Hands-on and accountable
