About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage furniture, fixtures, and equipment selection and procurement for residential interior projects. This role requires strong coordination skills and a sharp design eye.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and propose FF&E items aligned with design intent and project budget
- Prepare presentation boards, specifications, and costings
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Manage procurement timelines and track deliveries
- Handle changes, substitutions, and quality checks through to final installation
Requirements
- Experience in FF&E, interior design, or related field
- Strong understanding of residential design and materials
- Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Suite)
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and clients
- Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) is an advantage for project coordination
