SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT

Job Description

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• Translate the design ideas into design solutions
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design and Design Development
• Construction documentation and site inspection work
• Project management and coordination, ensure projects are carried out within contract terms and schedules
• Participate in client, consultant and contractor meetings
• Coordinate on plans submission and liaise with relevant authorities
• Able to travel as and when required
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master in Architecture or Landscape Architecture or equivalent
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in landscape design with project experience
• Able to work independently as well as be a good team player
• Creative, design proficiency, good visualization and graphic skills
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCad, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Software packages
• Excellent conceptualization skills and able to articulate concepts into design and details
• Excellent organization skills
