KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Mechanical & P&S
- Conduct routine checks and inspections
- Replace and repair faulty components
- Record all required readings and measurements
- Update test sheets, asset records, and maintenance logs.
- Attend to service requests and reactive maintenance tasks promptly to minimise downtime.
- Conduct inspections and monitor system performance to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain testing tools ensuring calibration and readiness.
- Keep clear documentation for compliance and audits.
- Perform variation work as required by the superior
Technical Support and Reporting
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment faults and implementing appropriate corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Standards, code of practices & local authority codes.
- Prepare inspection reports, RA & PTW documentation.
- Reviewing and amending drawings when required
- Record maintenance works in checklists, logbooks, and CMMS where applicable.
- Support supervisors or engineers in preparing maintenance reports and documentation.
- Conduct Training as and when required
Safety and Compliance
- Observe all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety procedures.
- Use the correct tools, PPE, and permits for each maintenance activity.
- Report safety hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.
Teamwork and Service Quality
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and contractors to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold the company's service quality standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Valid License Plumber certification. Newly certified or certification in process and have passed all the exams required is also welcome to apply.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years in construction/installation of Electrical services of experience in facilities or building maintenance environment.
- Knowledge of building systems such as ACMV, BMS, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
- Familiarity with CMMS or work order systems preferred.
- Class 3 driving licence (advantageous).
- Engineering license certifications or CFME certifications (advantageous)
