Our client is a global high-tech manufacturer serving the semiconductor industry. They are seeking a Technical Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for advanced automation and mechatronic modules used in front-end semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for automation and precision equipment modules.
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and innovation objectives are met.
Lead supplier performance reviews, development programs, and commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align sourcing plans with new product and technology roadmaps.
Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with trade, environmental, and sustainability standards.

Role requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or SCM CPSM/ PMP preferred.
10+ years of experience in strategic or technical sourcing, supplier management, or category management in semiconductor or high-tech equipment.
Strong technical understanding of automation systems, robotics, and precision modules.
Proven experience in supplier development, cost optimization, and complex negotiations.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills willing to travel internationally
