- Partner with sales and product teams to address client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop technical proposals and conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) sessions to demonstrate solution capabilities.
- Present solutions and lead technical workshops for clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
- Practical experience with Palo Alto security solutions.
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of security architecture, OSI and TCP/IP models, network protocols, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Proficient in implementing and supporting security tools, including firewalls and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS).
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on technical experience in the IT security sector.
