Technical Solutions Engineer (AV / IT & Classroom Technology)

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Solutions Engineer to support the deployment of modern classroom technology environments.

In this role, you will help implement systems that power onsite, online, hybrid, and AI-enabled classrooms, including interactive displays, cameras, audio systems, and the ClassIn platform.

You will work with internal teams and project partners to ensure classroom technology is properly deployed, configured, and integrated so that teaching and learning can run seamlessly.

What you'll do

Support deployment of classroom technology systems

Install and configure hardware such as displays, cameras, and microphones

Conduct site surveys and assess technical feasibility

Ensure systems integrate properly with software platforms such as ClassIn

Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues during installations

We are looking for someone with experience in:

AV systems or meeting room technology

IT hardware deployment or systems installation

Video conferencing systems or classroom technology

Basic networking and device connectivity

You should enjoy working with technology in real environments and be comfortable supporting both technical setup and on-site deployments.
