Job Summary
Lead OEM certification and co-development of lubricant products by collaborating cross-functionally and providing technical support to international markets. Drive product compliance, resolve technical issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication and alignment with OEM partners on technical and product requirements
- Lead and manage OEM certification processes to achieve successful approvals and ensure compliance with OEM standards
- Support synchronous co-development of lubricant products based on OEM technical specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and technical service teams throughout the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
- Provide technical support for international markets, including on-site assistance for overseas lubricant and grease projects
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product performance
- Analyze customer requirements and benchmark competitor products to recommend suitable lubricant solutions
- Deliver remote and on-site technical service support to headquarters and clients to maintain high service standards
- Prepare, compile, and translate technical documentation to support product development and customer communication
- Support additional technical service and customer-related activities as assigned to meet business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the lubricant industry, preferably in OEM support and certification
- Familiarity with OEM certification processes and product co-development
- Ability to manage multiple OEM projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
