Job Summary

Lead OEM certification and co-development of lubricant products by collaborating cross-functionally and providing technical support to international markets. Drive product compliance, resolve technical issues, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective communication and alignment with OEM partners on technical and product requirements
  • Lead and manage OEM certification processes to achieve successful approvals and ensure compliance with OEM standards
  • Support synchronous co-development of lubricant products based on OEM technical specifications and requirements
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and technical service teams throughout the product lifecycle from concept to commercialization
  • Provide technical support for international markets, including on-site assistance for overseas lubricant and grease projects
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure product performance
  • Analyze customer requirements and benchmark competitor products to recommend suitable lubricant solutions
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical service support to headquarters and clients to maintain high service standards
  • Prepare, compile, and translate technical documentation to support product development and customer communication
  • Support additional technical service and customer-related activities as assigned to meet business needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the lubricant industry, preferably in OEM support and certification
  • Familiarity with OEM certification processes and product co-development
  • Ability to manage multiple OEM projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
