Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot electric motors, drivers, and related products.
• Perform basic wiring, functional testing, and conduct repairs or rework as necessary.
• Develop clear inspection findings and prepare technical reports.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers, with support during the training period.
• Assist with on-site inspections, installation checks, and basic servicing when required.
• Assemble and test demonstration units, and manage loan equipment inventory.
• Progressively learn to handle routine cases independently and escalate complex issues with relevant findings.

Requirements

• NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and a strong interest in electric motors or industrial automation.
• Comfortable with hands-on work and proficient in using tools such as a multimeter.
• Logical and patient in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Capable of clear communication and professional report writing.
• Responsible, eager to learn, and able to utilize provided instructions effectively before seeking assistance.
• Familiarity with reading wiring diagrams or technical manuals is advantageous.
• Basic exposure to parameter setting, programming, stepper motors, brushless motors, or servo systems is beneficial.
