Technical Service Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Service Engineer (Injections) based in Singapore. The role involves managing technical support activities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Responsibilities include material trial, demonstration, on-site troubleshoot, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Technical Sales Engineer will play a critical role in supporting sales opportunities, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, with the ability to present technical solutions effectively

• Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

• Technical Support experience, with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs

• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and credibility with clients

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field

• Background in construction chemicals or geotechnical applications is a strong advantage
