Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Service the range of Industrial, Advanced and Portable Metrology that we sell for dimensional measurement, defects analysis, quality and reverse engineering. Service the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors that we sell for automated weight, hazard point and quality control for food, pharma and industrial applications. This includes installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance and calibrations.

. Perform work assignments in efficient and methodical fashion, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products

. Update CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow up and teamwork support

. Report to the Service Manager or as assigned

. At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of the region

Pre-requisites:

. Recognised Diploma in EEE, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

. 3 to 5years relevant working experience in service preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply training to be provided

. A service heart with good knowledge of instrumentation and deriving satisfaction in getting systems back into operations efficiently and effectively

. An interest in metrology and quality as a deliverer of manufacturing competitiveness

. A team player with strong inter-personal communications skills, high integrity and discipline

. Have your own car transport
