Role Overview:
The Technical Security Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the delivery of Design & Construction (D&C) security projects, conducting preventive maintenance, addressing faults, and handling change requests (CRs) for security systems across our facilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the integrity and reliability of all security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute D&C security projects, including installation, configuration, and commissioning of access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance activities for all security systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with standards.
- Monitor, identify, and resolve faults in security systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution.
- Manage and implement change requests (CRs) related to security infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, faults, and CRs, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Liaise with project managers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure all security systems comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site teams and end-users as needed.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives for security operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in security systems management, preferably in a corporate or large facility environment.
- Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and related security technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and fault management.
- Familiarity with project management and change management processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and experience in Lenel OnGuard
- Knowledge and experience in wiring related to access control configuration
